Delegate Documents

Confirmation will be sent to all participants in written form via email after completing registration. Please avoid using an NHS email address, where possible, as these are subject to enhanced spam filtering and may block these communications.

Online Payment

All payments for the conference must be made in GBP.

The preferred payment method for the conference is on-line payment with a credit/debit card. Upon providing your personal details in the on-line form, you will be automatically redirected to the Stripe secure payment site before confirming your registration on the final page of the form. An automatic payment receipt is sent by email from Stripe if the payment is processed successfully.

It is important that you click the ‘FINISH’ button and request confirmation via email, failure to do so will mean your registration will not be complete and may delay entry to the event.

Bioscientifica Ltd is the professional conference organiser for the UKI NETS 2025 conference. Bioscientifica Ltd recommends that all delegates take out insurance to cover their registration costs to cover the case that they are unable to attend or the event is cancelled for any unforeseen reason. Bioscientifica Ltd takes no responsibility for reimbursing delegates’ expenses to attend the event.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions 

Cancellations and refund requests must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by your confirmation and receipt. An administrative charge of £15 will be made on all requests received on or before Friday 7th November 2025 (23:59 GMT). Fees after this date cannot be refunded for any reason, including ill health.

FAQ’s

The UKI NETS 23rd Annual Conference 2025 will be conducted in-person at the Royal College of Physicians in London, and will not be available on-demand post-event.

However, members will have access to speaker slides (subject to speaker consent) post-event on the members area of the UKI NETS website.
