Any personal information held by Bioscientifica is stored securely, and is only accessible by authorised personnel. Individuals’ data is only stored for as long as it is required, and will be securely disposed of appropriately when it is no longer needed.
Inclusion in the UKI NETS membership directory
The names of UKI NETS members are listed within a directory in the members-only area of the UKI NETS website. Members of UKI NETS have the opportunity to include further details in the Society’s membership directory to maximise opportunities for networking and collaboration. If you consent to this, the following personal information can be displayed in the membership directory:
- Your job title
- Your work location
- Your telephone number and email address.
This information is only ever available to other members of UKI NETS and will never be made available to the wider public. You can give or withdraw consent for these additional details to be included in the membership directory at any time by changing your preferences in the ‘Settings > Privacy’ section of the members’ area.
Disclosure
We do not disclose your personal data to other organisations other than as necessary for the purposes for which you have supplied your information, to comply with our legal obligations, or to ensure data integrity. If you apply for inclusive membership of ENETS your details will be shared with ENETS for the purposes of confirming your access to ENETS membership.
