4th World Congress on Theranostics
Melbourne, November 2016
The theme of the most recent World Congress (a bi-annual meeting to highlight the developments in radio-peptide imaging and therapy) was PRRT for Neuroendocrine and prostate cancers. Through the organizing committee (from the Peter McCallum Cancer Institute and the Unicorn Foundation – a not-for profit charity for NETs in Australia) a series of lectures on the past, present and future of PRRT were presented as well as research papers on novel therapies and clinical trials. The patient voice was also represented. Through the Unicorn Foundation the talks have been put on You-Tube for everyone to access.
Dr Andrew Scarsbrook (Consultant in Nuclear Medicine and Radiology, Leeds Teaching Hospitals) has highlighted his pick of the bunch for the NETs community although the whole series of 19 talks can be found as indicated below.
